Saigon
One of the earliest foreign chain hotel to enter Saigon, New World Hotel Saigon was recently renovated and now welcome guests with contemporary style rooms and renewed vigour. Alas the hotel's main pool has been left languishing in the past when it could have been revived with 2020s design sensibilities and made a stronger statement on the hotel's approach to renewed vigour. Double alas, New World Hotel Saigon's post renovation ambitions also include its openness to welcome bus loads of mass check-ins which however unintended have inconvenienced and disrupted the well-being of other guests at all hours throughout the hotel. A pity, not all that is new glitters.
