HOTEL  INDIGO

BANGKOK

Adhering to the design directives of the Indigo chain that threw out spas, executive lounges and turn down service, this sprightly outfitted property standing over Wireless Road captivates instead with vibrant rooms and stunning views unmatched by similar competitors.

Gourmet & Wellness + +

Chef Jimmy of Metro on Wireless really makes an impression flashing his mega-watt smiles while serving delicious breakfast entrees to guests in the morning. His Thai standards served for lunch and dinner are also deserving of praise. CHAR rooftop bar serves delightful designer cocktails to complement the gorgeous night city views. Even with a live DJ, the ambience here is more chill than party.

Service + +

Service here seems to hinge on efficiency more than luxury. We can never understand why with rack rates that start from S$200 guests are not even afforded evening turn down service.

Design + + +

We love the ory accents of the rooms, what with the matt gold bath accoutrements and metal-lined nightstands. The executive rooms are handsomely encased with views from the embassy stretch and are appointed with a small balcony. Pity the shades next to the bath tub is permanently drawn, presumable due to the hotel's close proximity to surrounding buildings.
