The Embassy serves up continental flavours that are usually pared with appetisers and desserts spread in the adjoining Pantry. We totally dig the wood fire roasted baby chicken. Tea at The Living Room is a light affair befitting its atmospheric milieu. The Panpuri Spa operating within the hotel is new, plush and inviting with hydro facilities and relaxation lounge for all guests.

The front desk is always professional and generally acceding to guests' reasonable requests. 

Park Hyatts in Asia are still generally finding their ground with a cohesive design angle but it is safe to assume modern and stark lines is the preferred modus. Here the light bathed lobby and F&B spaces are instantly arresting, but one needs to concentrate to further notice the delicate installations snaking down the ceiling or the silk motifs paneled in the lifts or the framed works of modern Thai artists adorning the walls. These are rich details indeed, but interspersed over such an expansive and high space they do not collectively make an impression.
