BANGKOK PUBLISHING
RESIDENCE
Originally a publishing house that prints one of Bangkok's earliest lifestyle magazines, this 3-storey shop house has since been transformed into both a wonderful repository of old world artefacts as well as a designer inn steps away from the city's most cherished heritage sites.

The breakfast here is worth waking up for with a comforting selection tropical fruits, designer teas and eggs and sausages cooked to order.
Very friendly and courteous staff see to guests' in house needs as well as provide suggestions for Old Bangkok Town exploration and dining recommendations.
In lieu of staid hotel elements like a lobby or a restaurant, this space presents itself as a museum/dwelling hybrid where the past is still very much in the present via shelves of printing/ old-world artefacts, a Pacman/Asteroid game machine and a fully functional antique elevator.
