One can dine on inspired Laotian cuisine - we would recommend the Explorer Menu that includes local favourites like lemongrass with minced pork and steamed fish in banana leaves, in an open air setting or within the culturally vibrant interior of the 3 Naga Resturant. Due to the lack of space,  guests can opt for massages at Le Spa at neighbouring sister property Sofitel Luang Prabang

Friendly and expedient, service here can best be described as warm and earthy. You get the feeling that staff are generally trained not to say no to most of the guests' requests.

The interiors of the rooms here are not small by the city's standards, but as they are carved from the confines of these historic houses strictly governed by UNESCO Heritage guidelines, one might find some of the rooms a tad dark and forlorn from the lack of decently sized windows. Or one might just as well find them historic and full of character.
